This has been an interesting year. We are trying to establish new normals until meetings can be held in person. Despite the lack of an annual meeting this year the board has not acted on any items outside of the normal operating rules. If you have questions please feel free to reach out any details that we can provide we are happy to do so, as expected there are details we just do not publish to this public site.
The board is now at four and would welcome new members to the Board or ACC.
Dues collection is near complete with only 8 lots outstanding (5,14,17,28,31,38,41,44) usually I go door to door and deliver reminders to finish the year. This year will be a bit more challenging but we will get this closed out.
