Roosevelt Ridge HOA – Annual Meeting Notice

Date: April 14 Time: 6:00 PM (Subject to change as the library conference room can only be booked within three weeks of its use)

Location: Monroe Public Library

Meeting Agenda

1. Annual Dues – Review of current dues and any updates for the upcoming year.
2. Board Members – Review of current board members and discussion of any changes or openings.
3. Parking (General Reminder) – Reminder to follow community parking guidelines to ensure safety and accessibility.
4. Community Safety Reminder – With summer approaching and more children and neighbors outside, please slow
   down while driving through the neighborhood.
5. Landscaping Update – The landscaping company will remove one Roosevelt sign currently located on a property
   that does not belong to the HOA.

Homeowner participation is important to meet HOA requirements. If you can’t attend this meeting, please proxy
your vote.
