Architectural Control Committee

Purpose

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) must be comprised of three or more lot owners designated from time to time in writing by the Board.  The purpose of the ACC is to maintain the aesthetic integrity of our community as well as to assist the Board in enforcing the community bylaws.  If you plan to erect any buildings or structures, including walls, rockeries fences, swimming pools, or alter the exterior of your home, including re-roofing and painting, please submit your proposal to any of the below listed members.  The ACC will then evaluate your proposal and submit its decision to you within 15 days.  Please see Article 7 of the bylaw for additional information.
