Annual Meeting

Our Annual meeting is approaching. Annual meetings require quorum so your participation is important. If you cannot or will not be in attendance, we ask that you proxy your vote. Notifications were delivered to you door on 3/14. If you would like an electronic copy we can email one to you.

It’s that time of year again…backflow assembly testing!

Jordan Ottow with Panther Backflow Testing will be out in our area conducting testing of sprinkler backflow assemblies on March 14th. If you wish to have your system tested, please contact Jordan at pantherbackflow@gmail.com or by calling 425-231-6360. Upon completion of each inspection he will send test results to Roosevelt Water Association to meet compliance requirements.

Annual backflow assembly testing is required for all homeowners who have an irrigation system on their property. WAC 246-290-490 requires your backflow assembly to be tested annually by a certified backflow assembly tester. Roosevelt Water Association oversees that your backflow assembly is tested each year to ensure that your drinking water is safe from harmful contaminants that could be present in the water in your irrigation system. Roosevelt Water posted the notice in their newsletter that was recently sent out to all of their customers.

Jordan is offering a discount rate of $38 per test to our neighborhood.
