2013 Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Monroe Library located at 1070 Village Way, Monroe, WA 98272.
Please look for your proxy and other important documentation for the meeting soon! If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is important that you return a proxy to the association so that we can obtain a quorum.

Looking for New Board Members
The Association has three open board positions. This year the Association will be electing members for staggered terms between the length of 1 to 3 years. Once members are elected, the Board will determine the length of each member’s term. This is a very important commitment that will protect the future of our Association and community. We encourage anybody interested in serving on the board to submit a short paragraph about themselves and why they want to serve. This information will then be shared with the community so that homeowners can vote on the new members. If you would like to be a part of the board, please submit your paragraph to Sara Redfield at redfield.sara@gmail.com as soon as possible.

City of Monroe Fact Sheet and Monroe Monitor news article re Annexation
The City of Monroe has released a “Fact Sheet” outlining details about the changes and consequences of an annexation to the city. According to the fact sheet, the school district boundaries will not change. However, Mayor Zimmerman made a comment contrary to this during a city council meeting. Read More…
