As a “Team Up & Save” member, you can get a free home energy assessment conducted by a professional home performance auditor. As part of your assessment, you will:

• Receive energy-savings recommendations specific to your home.

• Learn what actions will have the greatest impact on your energy costs (smart investments, as well as low- and no-cost steps you can take).

6/13/2011 BoD Meeting Minutes

During the Board’s June 13, 2011 meeting, it was decided that the PSE Easement area would be cut back yearly.  Previously, only the bottom portion of the easement was cut.  The Board is currently seeking bids from landscapers to cut the remaining portion.  This should be completed within the next two months.  Each year thereafter, the Board will have its landscapers cut the easement once a year in order to keep the wild growth to a minimum. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact any of your Board members.  A notice is also being mailed to the lots the border the easement.

2011 Goals

1)     To continue to increase communication between the Board and subcommittees and between the community and the Board through an open door policy, transparency and the maintenance of a neighborhood website and other measures.

2)      To complete a reserve study analyzing the Association’s future financial needs and ensure that the Association can meet those needs.

3)      To create a focus group to analyze the proposed Schedule of Fines and have a final version to be voted on at the 2012 Annual Meeting.

4)      Put the new CC&R Amendment into the public record.

5)      To continue to encourage community members to be good neighbors.  We are neighbors first, Association members second. There is no better substitute than to resolve issues as neighbors. Not all issues will have Association implication.

6)      To continue to encourage and promote volunteers and participants in community events.

7)      To place “Neighborhood Watch” signs and initiate a phone tree for emergency purposes.
